COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 10, Mængde: 29 gr; Type (Art): Salvie; Hvad: Skud/blade; Hvornår: juli; Behandling: halvtør
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

De botella. Deep unclear golden colour, small floaties. Herbal spiced sage bit sweet aroma. Herbal flavour, fruity with sage, bit sweet. Must go great with Italian food.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, soapy, spicy, sage, light coriander ! Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, spicy, sage, peppery finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottle at yespr. Cloudy golden coloured with a medium sized white ehad. Fruity aroma of spices, sage and herbs. Fruity flavour of spices, sage and herbs. Herbal finish. Not bad, but too much sage.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of sage on a malty background. The aroma has strong notes of sage, on a medium notes of malt, and straw, leading to a dry herbal finish.
