COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 12, Mængde: 7.5 gr; Type (Art): Vellugtende gulaks; Hvad: Blomstrende plante; Hvornår: juli; Behandling: Tør
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Clear light medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, flowers - vegetables, herbs, moderate yeasty, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottled. A golden beer with floating black sediment under a the beige head. The aroma has notes straw, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hay, malt, and an undefinable herb - must be goldstraw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with tiny impurities and a white head. Malty nose, a little fruity. Medium body, heavy carbonation, a little sweet at first, then sulphurous and somewhat chemical. Ends dry. 180211
