COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, 33cl, at Ølfestival 2011. It has an almost clear body, golden to amber in color and with a rapidly collapsing off-white head on top. The aroma has lots of chili, not much else escaping the glass. Some fruity notes maybe. It’s really, really warming in the mouth, with some flavors of sweetness and fruityness. Warming finish. Overall, too intense, but still flavorsome. Not much besides chili though. 110528

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of chili, peppers, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, chilis, and malt, leading to a dry chili finish.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Hazy amber, no head. Reatrained chili pepper aroma. Mid sweet and fruity with solid body and soft mouthfeel. The chili burn is not too overpowering, and the hot flavour actualy combines well with the fruity ale. A wel made chiki beer, even if it leaves you thirsty.

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Hazy amber colour, not much head. Aroma is quite strong chili with some malts and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is quite similar, but actually very pleasantly balanced. The chili in the aroma was stronger and I had waited for a chilibomb.

Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear amber with a lively yet dissipating off-white head. Again dusty chili in the nose. Medium body, the chili is clearly starting to dry out the caramel sweetness, yet there’s still some juicy fruitiness left. Quite some throat burn though. 180211
