COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Hazy amber brown look, hardly any head. Pleasant pepper fruit chili aroma. Good bit powderish mouthfeel. Pleasant pepper fruit spiced chili flavour, light citrus touch, some maltiness. Nice soft chili spiced in the throat. I also had the hottest version of this chili and it was too muh, quite a throat burn.

Amber colour. Clear. Light chili nose with grainy sweet malts. Warming sharp chili finish. Very nice balance between the malts and the sharp bite from the chilies. Love it.

Bottle, 33cl, at Ølfestival 2011. It pours an almost clear body, golden to amber in color and with a rapidly collapsing off-white head. A light chili aroma escapes the glass, leading my thoughts to canned jalapeno. Besides that it’s mostly tropical fruits. There’s a chili burn in the mouth, with fruityness and sweetness. Warming and full-bodied, finishing with chili flavor. It’s an interesting experiment, showing how different chilis impact the flavor and mouthfeel, but it’s certainly not a project I think could be a big seller. 110528

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, chili, and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of dragon sauce chili - makes you feel like a red dragon wanting to torch avillage with your bad breath, with a slight malty background. The chili leaves a burn not just in the village, but also on the palate.

Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Sweet caramel and a little overripe fruit in the nose - not that much chili though. Medium body, biscuity caramel and a solid chili burn. Yeah, it’s getting hot in here... 180211
