gunnfryd (2743), Kristiansand, Norway Feb 2, 2008 Bottle. Red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is chocolate, hop, coffee, roasted, malt. Flavour is roasted, malt, hop, coffee, chocolate. Not the best one from these brewer, but still a nice beer. Beer_2000 (1269), Kristiansand, Norway Feb 2, 2008 750 ml bottle. Golden reddish body with a thin beige head. Aroma is cocoa, hops, roasted malt and rubber. Flavor is a bit sour bitter and something between malt and something artificial. A strange beer and a bit disappointing compared with other experimental quality beers I have tasted from this exiting brewery. yngwie (3602), Kristiansand, Norway Jan 29, 2008 Bottle, 75cl corked. Almost clear, reddish brown pour with a nice, beige head on top. Chocolate, cocoa, roasted malt and coffee in the aroma, as well as something reminding me of the white inner peal from citrus fruits. Some sourness in the aroma, but mostly dark flavors like roasted malt, chocolate and last but not least, coffee. Not much hoppy bitterness. Slightly soapy and effervescent mouthfeel, and a coffee-ish finish. I like it, but not sure how much I really like it. It has the typical sour touch that the beers from Fuglebjerggaard usually has, maybe it would have been better without. (071228) tarjei (1300), Bryne, Norway Jan 25, 2008 75 cl bottle, at Yngwie´s xmas-tasting. Dark brown/reddish color. Disappering beige head. Strange taste of rubber. rostaed malt, fruits/berries, some sourness and bitterness. Well... Thomas_E (5065), Copenhagen, Denmark Jul 6, 2007 Black colour with a small light brown head. Light roasted malty aroma with a vague liqourice note. Sweet and light roasted flavor with a light acidic note in a dry finish.
