Mar 20, 2008 750 ml bottle, RBNAG07. Black with brown notes. Seems cloudy. Small grayish brown head. Dry neutral hop aroma. Hints of straw. Light-bodied. Gentle roasted flavours. Slightly sweetish caramel. Acidic notes.

Nov 29, 2007 750ml bottle @ RBNAG’07. Dark brown almost black body, actually a bit milky. Short, medium beige head. Aroma is liquorices, malt and a little impression of acid. Flavor is a bit harsh bitter, slightly roasted malt, licorices and a hint of coffee. Medium to thin body. Easy to drink but a bit short finish.

Nov 19, 2007 Dark brown colored body. Thin vanishing tan head. Fairly dry malt aroma with whiffs of mild coffee and roast. Taste is dark malts with some smoke and chocolate notes. Also tones of light acidic dark fruits. Light to medium body. Dry finish. (Bottle @ RBNAG’07)

Nov 6, 2007 Sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad. Dark brown to black colour. Moderate roasty aroma. Sourish / acidic flavour.
