COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American inspired pale ale using European malts and American hops. The light addition of crystal and chocolate malt contribute to the orange hue of the beer along with some caramel notes. Cascade hops are added late in the boil along with Simcoe hops in the whirlpool to give this beer it’s unique apple, tangerine and citrus profile. The yeast from America also contribute some light strawberry notes to this tasty beer from Fuglsang. A celebration of Spring in Denmark!

500 mL can courtesy of Plovmand. (The first of many thank-yous, Thomas). Lovely bronze colour with a small, but very sticky, off-white head. Mild aroma of floral hops and a touch of resin. (Simcoe?) The flavour was a big surprise, with lots of caramalt and American hops. The little brother of a good ASA. Very impressive.A lot of flavour for a 5.5% beer.

Bra balans mellan knäckig malt och friskbesk humle. Antydan av enbärskåda.

Can. Clear light amber. Medium foam and body. Hay-cereal aroma. Not much fruit or floral. A Easter beer type. Classic but a bite boring.

Can 50 cl. Amber pour with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, caramel and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, a nice fresh spicy hop in through the skin with notes of citrus grapfrugt and thus lead to a bitter taste and aftertaste. Truly a lovely beer
