COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American inspired pale ale using European malts and American hops. The light addition of crystal and chocolate malt contribute to the orange hue of the beer along with some caramel notes. Cascade hops are added late in the boil along with Simcoe hops in the whirlpool to give this beer it’s unique apple, tangerine and citrus profile. The yeast from America also contribute some light strawberry notes to this tasty beer from Fuglsang. A celebration of Spring in Denmark!

I picked this up in a can from a supermarket in Jutland, Denmark May 2013 consumed at home in garden Sunday 17th August 2013 Pours dark gold with large frothy white head, a touch hazy. Clean nose, a little metallic. Mid carbonation, little buzzy in the mouth, some mineral maltiness, again a little metallic, but despite this I actually thought this is a decent beer, I’ve had 3-4 of these now this summer and they’ve veen good. Bitter but also a steady sweetness, despite the relatively modest abv it tasted stronger. Good beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

500ml can from Rema 1000, Copenhagen - Amber pour with thin off white head and lacing. Sweet caramel malts, yeasty, some nice fruity hop tones in there as well. Certainly good quality to value ratio when you consider this is fairly cheap to pick up. Decent enough.

Can. Pale orangey color. Aroma: Fruity hops, citrus, malt and bread. Taste: Very true to the smell. Very fruity up front, turning into a crisp, bready and bitter finish. Fuglsang should consider releasing this all year - it’s an incredibly refreshing beer and definitely my favourite among the beers I have tried from the brewery.
