Taste is light caramel-malty, on the sweet side, with a fair amount of bittering hops to balace. Light to medium full. Nice prickling carbonation. Light bitter-sweet endnotes. A fair one, not a world classic though.

RB#3000, named after the duke (period of reign: 1545-1622) of my birthtown, Hertug Hans the Younger of Sønderborg or that of Hertug Hans the Elder of Haderslev (more likely - but less powerful).

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 Maria (8585) - Thisted, DENMARK - FEB 2, 2008
Golden with an OK head. The aroma has notes of light sweetness, malt, hints of caramel and a bit of fruit. The flavour is slightly sweet, and I find notes of malt, caramel, fruit (mostly citrus) and the finish has the somewhat sharp and unbalanced grape-bitterness, that I find in most of the Fuglsang brews.
