Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20110812]

Brown/black with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of malt and rye bread. The flavour is sweet as expected, but it also has pleasant notes of grain, malt and hints of licorice. It’s a very decent hvidtøl!

Aroma of sweet malt, brown sugar, hint of butter, hint of toasted malt. Over the palate sweet light liquorish with a very fruit feel. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated to heavy sweet flavour. Sweet malty finish.

Bottle. Pours reddish brown with a diminishing, light brown head. Sweet malty aroma. Notes of rye and cooked vegetables. Slight metallic notes. Flavour is sweet and malty. Notes of rye. Sweet and slightly bitter finish with remote licorice notes and faint metallic notes. Not as sweet as other beers of the style. 27-03-07.
