Clear amber pour with a small khaki head. Mild acidity to the nose, a hint of toast, and a lot of apple sweetness. A bit of green apple, metal, and chalk, too. The flavor is lightly astringent, despite the fruit juice sweetness. Some green apple, chalk, and metal with just the slightest toasted malt character.
