COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
This full bodied pale ale enlivens the palette with intense aromas from an indulgence of Brewers Gold hops. The refreshing bitterness gives a full satisfying finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden brown with a large off-white head. Aromas are caramel with low spiced lemon and lots of yeast. Earthy and lightly nutty with hay and light orange. Flavours are sweet toffee and oranges with yeast and some toasted notes. Light grapefruit bitterness with a woody dry finish. Yeast is a bit overpowering, perhaps not so good in bottle.

Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Pale straw with white head. Light, slightly watery, hoppy blonde beer. Not much malt character apart from a thin biscuity note but a really pleasant dry, fragrant hop, great for a summer afternoon, except that this was late evening. A good beer that I kept returning to.
