Cask@GBBF2007. Clear golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is vegetables, fruity hops, some earth and spices. Flavour is hoppy, vegetably and grassy. Also quite riped fruits in aftertaste.

Cask, Leicester Fest ’08 (Thurs afternoon session). Pale, still and limp. Looks like a lager, but not helped by its conditioning. Watery tin mandarin notes, a crunch of apple boredom. Vague straw and biscuit. Almost Polish pils/pale lager. Zzz.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A light golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet with very citrusy hoppy notes. The flavor is sweet with a light malty back ground on which is citrusy hoppy notes, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. Nice.

Cask, Leicester Fest 07. Bright gold with a small head. Aromas are fruity with pineapple and lemon. Quite crisp with flowery notes. Flavours are fruity, fresh and easy to neck. Buttery on the palate, yet zesty with some spices. Dry on the finish. Quite addictive. Won 3rd place at Leicester Beer Fest 07.
