Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2011. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor. has a fruity malty hoppy caramel finish.

Bottle from Coppers in Newcastle. Amber coloured with a sweet toffee and woody hop flavour followed by a sweet fruity finish.

Cask, The Pub, Leicester. Dark amber with a thin foam. Aromas are earthy with mellow berries and vinous notes. Toffee malts with caramel and some medicinal notes. Flavours are sweet, earthy berries with lots of spicy, peppery notes. Background caramel sweetness with traces of floral, dark honey. Dry with pithy bitterness to finish. Pretty good.

Cask @ The Bon Accord. Mild citrus & tropical fruit aroma. Rich golden amber colour with a good head. Dry, biscuit, cereal & citrus fruit flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Average golden ale.
