COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Five brewers went "All In" to form Full Pint Brewing Company. Our first collaborative brew, All In Amber, combines a select variety of English and German Malts balanced nicely by our signature (0:63) American hop addition. Cheers to you for enjoying our inaugural brew!

Nice clear amber, Sweet-ish smelling. Medium bodied. Taste is faint caramel with a humongous butterscotch finish. Good with desert but I can’t drink more than a couple during the game. Sweet sweet finish. Butterscotch.

Poured into a pint glass. 3.5 A: Clear orange amber color. A little over one finger of frothy off-white head. Retention is a touch below average and a small ring of lacing is left. 4.0 S: This smells just like a tasty brown ale. Big toastiness and nuttiness. Dry graininess. Very, very little caramel. Earthy hops. 4.0 T: Tastes like a brown too. Again, toastiness and nuts abound. Dry graininess and a touch of caramel. Earthy hops. Pretty much the same as the nose. 3.5 M: Ligher medium body. Active carbonation that comes off slightly biting. Low creaminess. Otherwise, fine. 3.5 D: Not much of an amber ale, but a good beer nonetheless. Bottle - from sampler pack. Medium amber color (big surprise.) Clean, malty aroma. Relatively hoppy with some roastiness. Quite good.

Transfer from BA review on 8-26-13- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance – As the name would suggest the beer pours a nice amber color with a one finger just off white head. The head has a decent level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a light level of lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma is sweet of toffee and caramel with a little bit of a roasted bready smell as well. Along with these aromas are some lighter notes of earthy nature and a lighter cocoa smell. Taste – The taste is sweet and bready upfront with lots of caramel and a lightly roasted bread tastes. The caramel takes on a little bit of a toffee flavor as the taste advances. Some grainy tastes come to the tongue a bit later and are joined by some flavors of an earthy and nutty nature more toward the end. Even with the earthy and nutty flavors, the sweet from the beginning remains the strongest of the tastes with it mingling well with the rest to produce a smooth somewhat wee-heavy like flavor to be left on the tongue. Mouthfeel –The body of the beer is medium both in terms of its thickness and creaminess as well as its carbonation level; the combination making for a very easy drinking brew. Overall – A nice easy drinking, a little on the sweeter more caramel side brew that is quite enjoyable.

Via trade with Beerman6686. The aroma is caramel, earthy hops. The appearance is a nice amber color (duh!), off-white head. The flavor is caramel, earth, almost like a scotch ale in a way. The mouthfeel is on the thin side of medium. The finish is piney and floral hops. Decent amber. Thank, Dan.

(12oz bottle) amber, very few bubbles. Nose of sweet cracker, light chocolate, floral. Taste of chocolate, melon, bit of cereal grain, very creamy palate, perfect carbonation. Interesting and unique flavors for the style.

An amber with the usual malt sweetness and hop bitterness in balance, but with an added bready, nutty malt note that I don’t find commonly in this style. An interesting take on the style.

Sweet aroma and flavor, caramel and sugar. Good representation of amber, sweet malts light but flavorful. Well done
