355 mL bottle from the brewery. Clear gold with a short-lived white head. Mild grainy aroma. Mild grainy flavour. Not much to it, but that’s the style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Water Works Burgatory. Very light hop aroma, a little bit of sweetness. No off aromas. Pale golden clear with thin white head. Medium-light body with medium-dull carbonation. Starts pretty sweet with mild pilsener malt and corn-like note. Medium bitter hops. Refreshing but not quite as light or subtle as authentic Kölsch. Clean, beany after.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light and smooth. Malty with a hint of citrus, spice, and earthiness. The finish lingers a bit.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Bocktown. Aroma was a little weak. Could pick up some light malt and grass. Pour was a clear light gold with a thin white film for a head. Taste was alright. Very lemony. Not sure where that came from. Nice and lightly sweet with an understated light malt backbone. Little to no carbonation which was a little disappointing. Other than that would make for a good summer beer.

Bottle - from sampler pack. Medium golden color - clear. Very clean aroma. Pretty good. Some malt and a decent ammount of hops. Be nice to know the stats on this but for now the bottle is labelled besides the brewery and standard things just "Beer."
