12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear straw color with a medium white head. A nice rich grainy nose of Pils malt and some hay. The flavor is very crisp and clean with really rich flavors of Pils malt, honey and bread. Really nice.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a bright golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sharp and crisp bitter perfumey and fruity hops with a touch of grape and noticeable alcohol. The flavor was bitter, bready, nutty and had a crisp citric hop presence and a note that reminded me of pretzel dough. The finish was very long bread, nut and fruit. Medium body. Solid.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of Pils malts, noble hops, grain, and a hint of citrus. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, creamy, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy but clear. Sparkling. Full of small, tiny, and a few large particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of Pils malts, noble hops, and grain. Light to medium body. Lightly tingly, lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Pils malt, noble hops finish is lightly dry.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
On tap at the bocktown in monaca. Looks like a typical clear pale yellow ale. Rather friendly at first. It has a tad of what I perceive to be pils in the background. However, as the session continues, this stuff starts getting this piercing bitter thinghappening in the background. IT builds thru the sesiion. Pointed bitter attitude. Unique flavors for a pils, weird at times. Yes, the finish has that astrigent thing going on in the back of my throat. Seens to be OK overall except for that pointed bitter thing going on. Good co2.

Light straw-yellow body, thin white head, minimal lacing. Fruity with some grassy hops. Medium bodied, too sweet, no bitterness. Lacking pilsener character.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
A very odd pils. Aroma was weak. Light straw, grass and hints of lemongrass. Pour was a nice light clear gold with nearly no rising bubbles and no head. Taste was very odd. There was a strong malty sweetness coming out in the front and a nice portion of grassy hops balancing it out in the aftertaste. Instead of melding, they seem to work separately. the sweetness has some honey notes while the bitter aftertastes leaves notes of burnt butter. The little to no carbonation is what kills this beer for me. A pilsener should be crisp and refreshing. This is flat and lifeless. All around not a terrible beer but not one I’d seek again
