2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Would be a good home brew maybe. Lots of imperfections. Wired hop flavors. Wowed texture. Not for me.

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not really too high on this one. Thought it was syrupy and the flavor was masked too much by that. Hop profile was confused and the high alcohol really didnít do this one any favors.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle pours a very murky orange with some thin, white head. Nose is mostly orange and pine sap, some grapefruit, some soap, some malt, candy sugar. Flavor has a huge punch of bitter grapefruit, blood orange, lemon, very sticky pine sap, herbal soap, honey comb. Sticky, bitter finish. Heavy.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, thanks to JStax. Pours a flat caramel color with minimal head. No real lacing. The nose is sweet and citrus filled at first with a lighter floral presence. Some resin. Sweet taste is citrus and caramel malt. Not bitter at all, but has good hop flavors. Refreshing, but relatively unexciting.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a thick deep golden color with a very citrusy aroma. Rich flavor and the citrusy hops are very prevalent for the amount of alcohol.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a white head of foam and decent lacing. Aroma is all pine and resin. Taste is brash bitterness that moves to a candy sweetness about mid-palate. Dry finish.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from World Wine, I think. Looks like fresh squeezed cantaloupe juice, muddy with ring and some lace. Piney crackery leathery grapefruit aroma. Taste is crackery pineapple apricot fruit sweetness with assertive grapefruity resiny bitterness. Effervescent carbo adds a little astringency to a boozy finish. Boozy hop bomb that just doesnít seem to come together. Somewhat amateurish compared to some of their other very fine offerings (IMHO).

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Not a very good beer. Granted I have had this one for a while but it is just not a very well made beer. The aroma is pleasant and hoppy, but the taste is over bearing with a bad aftertaste.

Rayís Place. OK taste. Orange coloured body, with some head. Not hop forward but hop taste. Pineapple-tropical fruit.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A sweaty orange color, not a ton of head, looks pretty still and with not a ton of carbonation.
The smell is like a liqueur, but with a touch of vegetables. Itís horseblanket and basement. Has an astringent, nail polish remover kind of smell. I donít really love it.
Taste is more metallic, astringency. It does have a rather spicy hop, and a very dark rye flavor. There is an underlying cherry sweetness that is borderline cloying. I have to say that this is kind of a disappointment.
Feels very slick and oily. Itís not a "bad" beer by any stretch. But itís underwhelming. Iíll still finish it...
