Pours very yellow straw colored....white head disappears quickly. Not much flavor for a wheat ale...was expecting a little more.

Kinda of bland with a few qualities that makes it tasty. The malts have constant quality with a mild orange flavor. Not bitter ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

there is definitely an odd funk that runs through the aroma, taste and aftertaste. pepper? the yeast strain? not sure, but im not digging it. much better wits out there. in fact, this was more of just another bland american wheat.

Pours gold. Very yeasty aroma. Lots of coriander in the taste and strong carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The aroma is yeasty, spicy, and wheaty with citrus and grassy hops. The appearance is hazy gold with a foamy head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall a good example of the style but not outstanding.

Bottle. Pours a murky very light yellow with fluffy white head and lacing. Nose is lemon, orange, some coriander. Taste is sweet orange, lemon, some pepper, a little yeast funk. Stronger than it tastes. Pretty good witbier. I could see this being a great summer beer.

Bottle at Carrollwood WOB. Pours a cloudy lemon yellow color with a short lived white head. Aroma of coriander, orange peel and spices. Similar flavor. Slightly sweet but not overly sweet. Nice and drinkable.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2013 pale wit color that is too clear for a typical wit. smell is full of lemongrass and citrus. nice crisp finish, good for the style. still spiced. ok.

Pint at Up in Pittsburgh. Pours a hazy pale yellow-gold with a small white head. Light aroma of citrus, coriander, bread, and wheat. Flavor of lemon and orange citrus, coriander, wheat, and very faint pepper. Light-bodied, with low carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. Good witbier.

A standard ok wit. Hazy golden color with a decent head on it. Flavor was ok, but i wouldn’t call it a great beer.
