COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
So here we are 25 years later. Very humbled, grateful, and amazed that we got here in one piece. Still a mix of beer geeks and boardheads. Still independent. Still trying to find that perfect balance between art and commerce, work and play, inspiration and perspiration. Thanks for supporting us for all these years, and next time youíre in Hood River, stop by for a beer.

Bottle from Community Food Co-op - N Forest St, Bellingham, WA
Hazy red-amber color, medium sized head. Mild aroma of malt and cereals. Good body strength, with smooth mouthfeel; moderate residual sweetness, and light nutty touch; ordinary bitterness.
An ok beer, but the alcohol feeling overwhelms the other components.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours dark copper with a creamy beige head. Aroma seems rather toffee. Med + body. Flavor is fairly sweet caramel. Hints of hop bitter, but this stuff is finishing somewhat on the sweet side. Fair for the style. Certainly thereís hop bitter after all the sugar leaks away. There is no trace of heat. Nice that. With some time Iím thinking itís finishing towards bitter. Seems ..... Complex isnít it, but itís pretty entertaining stuff.

Bomber poured a hazy amber with a lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of bread, earthiness, carmel, white raisin and light brown sugar. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, earthiness, fruittiness and light carmel with a smooth lingering earthy fruity finish.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilburs Fort Collins. Pours a bit hazy, darkish orange appearance with an off white head. Bubblegum, spice, toffee, chewy caramel cookie aroma- a bit odd. Tangy, a bit spicy, weird fruity, chewy yeasty, bready, dull caramel flavor. Bleh.
