COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The best selling Amber in the Northwest. It’s a great tasting malty sweet beer that has rich amber hue, a full body, and a spicy floral hop finish. This American style amber ale is brewed with: 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and is hopped with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops

Dark amber color, minimal head. Carmal start some what over powered by the floral hop finish.

On tap at the Petrol Station. Pours a clear reddish amber with an off white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has notes of light fruit and grapefrut with a strong grain and bread backing. Flavor has notes of bread and light fruit with hints of grapefruit and caramel.

12 oz bottle. Pours amber with a thick off-white, long lasting head, a lot of lacing and carbonation. Fine aroma of caramel; ripe fruit hints of hops and chocolate. Medium, creamy body. Taste is balanced between caramel malt, light earthy hops with hints of cherry and chocolate. Finish is long and bitter. Tasty session brew.

Twist Top Really?? In glass looks like root beer just not as much foam. Smells of Chocolate and spice. Taste a bit too much alcohol for 5.5%. Mixes weak cascade hops with the chocolate malt. I’m disappointed because I enjoyed other offerings from Full Sail that used Cascade hops (Bump in the Night) but this really doesn’t cut it. Taste of spices comes out more as it warms. Not much taste and not great tasting, brew finishes with some light carbonation.

Clear copper with a rocky taupe head. Aroma of rich caramel and toffee, sweet malt, grains and faint hops. Taste is amber ale to a T with caramel, malt and a mild floral and earthy hop presence. The bitterness on the finish is mild. I do notice a hint of chocolate on this one as well.
