DTM (329), Winters, California, USA Apr 14, 2008 Bottle from Trader Joe’s in Fairfield, CA. Poured an amber color wuith a small white head. Maltly flavor with a hoppy finish. Very good beer with well balanced flavors.
gringo332 (64), Texas, USA Jul 21, 2008 Surprisingly good. It has a lot of hops, however it is refreshing like water. It doesn’t leave a bitter after taste. blutt59 (514), Dallas, Texas, USA Jul 20, 2008 bottle, dark brown color with malty chocolate notes, flavor is a little smoke and sweet malt, finish is a little thin and bitter tuohyam (14), Enumclaw, Washington, USA Jul 13, 2008 The best amber I’ve had. Amber ale’s don’t blow me away, but this is a great everyday beer. This is my standard for a good amber ale. Suttree (2267), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jul 12, 2008 It’s an Amber, so it amber. Can’t get no amberer. Some smoky noes, some caramel, even a bit of whiskey. Nice malty flaor at first, but sort of peters out towards the end. ucusty (849), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Jul 6, 2008 Amber pour, sweet malty (similar to cookies) aroma. Crisp and clean and quite eay to drinks
