Bottle. Deep amber pour with an off white head. Sweet mildly roasted aroma with a bit of a floral hop scent. Flavor has some sweetness to it that is nicely balanced by a mild floral. A decent beer.

Aug 30, 2008 pours a clear dark amber under a small creamy creamy head. spicy bready malts aroma with light floral hops. bready malts and light hops in the flavor. solid stuff.

Aug 28, 2008 I really enjoyed this beer. Clear Amber with a malty aroma that is almost like an Oktoberfest nose. The tan head sticks around for a while. Slightly sweet on the palate and a filling finish.

Aug 27, 2008 2008 Bottled. I really like the idea of an employee-owned brewery like Full Sail Brewing Company...it really helps that their beer is enjoyable as well. Smells of roasted nuts and malts. Looks dark amber with a quickly dissipating cream-colored head. The flavor is intriguing with an interesting interplay between the malts, which do have a chocolatey flavor, combined with a good spicing of hops. Very well combined. Recommended.

Aug 27, 2008 From a bottle poured a nice amber color with a fair amount of head. Nice carmale flavor with a strong finish.

Aug 22, 2008 Light floral aroma with hints of carmel and burned sugars. Light ruby brown with toasted tan head. Suprisingly good flavor. Carmel, light coffee, hints of toffee with just a touch of herbal spice. Nice mouth feel. Overall drinkable, would pair well with foods.
