COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The best selling Amber in the Northwest. It’s a great tasting malty sweet beer that has rich amber hue, a full body, and a spicy floral hop finish. This American style amber ale is brewed with: 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and is hopped with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops

12 oz bottle-trade w/after4ever Beautiful light Amber color w/a small off white foamy head. Raosted almond aroma. Has some hops on the front end, a little more than your typical amber. Roasted fruity malted flavor w/a slight metalic finish. Very drinkable session ale thought it had a kind of thin mouthfeel. It’s a solid amber-not outstanding but solid. Did feel the finish was a little short. Thanks Tom!

Didnt really taste the citrus in this one. The color was not quite as amber as I had hoped. Do not have with chicken.

Tastes kind of malty, a little sweet. Not sure what else to say about it. Its red. A big dose of astringence at the end. Tapers off in sourness, like grapefruit altogether. Bottle from health food Lebanon.

Bottle. Amber carmel color with a fluffy milky head. Tastes or ginger, mild bread and molasses with some hops. Not bad, but I expected more. Not my favorite from them

Pours a clear amber with about a finger of light tan head. Aroma is very faint sweet malt notes with some dark fruitiness to it. Flavor is again mostly malty with some dark fruit hints as well as some yeast esters and finishes sweet. Like the IPA, this is a very drinkable beer but is lacking on any distinguishing qualities.

Earthy aroma. Pedestrian taste. Mouthfeel is thin. IPA’s are my favorite, but I wanted to branch out a little.

Heavy caramel aroma with notes of metal and minerals. Dark amber orange, well carbonated as well. Caramel and maple flavor hide a soapiness I pick out on US amber ales. Anyone else notice this? Body is medium and produces a long malty finish. More quality product from Full Sail.

Very good amber. Bottle. Pours a dark amber color. Malty flavors dominate with slight bitterness.

First Full Sail I’ve had and first rating. Using as a benchmark. Nice colour, easy drinking with a nice balanced sweetness.

Nice little amber ale. Mostly sweet malts with a medium body. High carbonation with some subtle hops on the finish. Free on a flight, so good enough.

Pours clean copper brown with one finger of sandstone had. Bready biscuity nose with some toasted grain coming through. Sweet caramel and herbal hops. Sweet toasted grain with a slight citrus rind hop character. Medium body and slight bite.
