COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The best selling Amber in the Northwest. Itís a great tasting malty sweet beer that has rich amber hue, a full body, and a spicy floral hop finish. This American style amber ale is brewed with: 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and is hopped with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops

Bottles. This is a good ale in its style. More malt than hop, but not sweet. Hops balance that out, but donít bring much flavor (certainly I donít detect Cascades). Slight choco-roast. Still, not quite as rich and creamy as it could be.

Poured an amber color with aromas of todfee, malt, light earth and pine. Flavors match the aromas big malt backbone with caramel and toffee with subtle pine. Decent amber ale but wouldnít actively seek it out.

I bought this (without wifi access to ratebeer) thinking it was their elusive polotmovy, one of the few styles I havenít tried. Ooops. Was pleasantly surprised it was at least a highly rated amber. However, I donít see why itís so highly rated. Red amber body, white head, spotty lacing, looks nice. Sweet fruity malt aroma, but rather faint. Taste is sweet, fruity, malty, donít get much hops at all in this. Overall, a pretty average amber.

Tap. Amber with small head. Mild caramel body. Light sweetness. Just a hint of hops. Pretty bland, but not bad.

Lacing.N: Toast, peppercorn, earth, pine, some toffee and red licorice, biscuit, hint of orange zest.T: Solidly bitter and sweet.M: Light body, fizzing carbonation, hint of alcohol burn.O: This is a flavorful amber, maybe the best I have had. Prime example, well worth your time.

another amber ale I enjoyed. A solid offering, I want to try more by Full Sail.

Bottle from Whole Foods Bowery. Nice amber body with medium head. Nose is malty. Taste is hoppier with a nice balance. Quite spicy too, especially in the finish.

12 oz bottle poured. Narrowly missed the enjoy by date, but jokes on you, Iím still enjoying it. If I stumble across a "damn thatís fresh" bottle, then I will adjust the material accordingly. I donít see a whole lot of change though, so letís go with it. Pours a dark copper with a short fizz head. Sweet, watery malt aroma and flavor, and a little on the nutty side. Drinks easy, and quite refreshing. Tasty. For the price, itís fantastic. Gotta love the buck a bottle for good beer.

Aroma has a roasted nutty character with a hint of caramel. Body is dark but clear amber The roasted nut carries threw to the taste with more of the sweet caramel present. Light on the bitterness. Smooth and clean on the finish.
