COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The best selling Amber in the Northwest. It’s a great tasting malty sweet beer that has rich amber hue, a full body, and a spicy floral hop finish. This American style amber ale is brewed with: 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and is hopped with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops

Not usually a fan of widely distributed Ambers, but this was better than I expected. Darker than usual copper colour, Nice malt balanced with subtle hops, a little fruit. Overall, a pretty, drinkable Amber.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Aroma is bread, caramel, nuts. Appearance is dark amber with trace sparkle, 2-finger width frothy beige head and minimal lacing. Taste is as aroma with caramel dominating, late fruit. Palate is medium-to-full bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and sweet, dry finish. Overall, a nice representative of the style. Not too heavy.

Dark Amber with moderate head and carbonation. Sweet nutty malts, very smooth, with some herby hopping for a dry finish. On the brown side of Amber. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

5.5%ABV. Amber ale. Poured out light clear brown. 21ºSRM Nose is nutty and has for me that odor of old well-conditioned leather. Mouthfeel is light soap. Palate is actually very sweet and has a bunch of nice toasted malt, but smoother and more mellow than the other ambers I’ve had. Ambers always have an abruptness to the palates that always struck me as a little rude. Full sail’s brew has a very nice smooth easy going palate that has the malt of a malted milkshake, with vanilla beans and a nice creamy finish. Goes on Favorites List !

355ml bottle. (6.0% ABV) Pours a clear amber with a thin, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of caramel malt with a hint of chocolate. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, chocolate, biscuit, peach and grass with a mildly bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. This was actually pretty tasty (as the label states)... for a boring style.

12-ounce bottles. A bit darker than most ambers. Amber ales tend to be a little boring, and this one doesn’t have any standout qualities, but not bad at all.

Ar- subtle hop aroma here, getting some cantaloupe, hints of oranges, low malt aroma, Ap- clear, deep Amber, almost brown. Short head doesn't hang around long. Fl- malt sweetness throughout with a hint of pie crust, well balanced hops give some citrus pine and resinous notes finishes mildly bitter. Mf- med to full bodied, nicely carbonated, dry toward the end Ov- good beer just unimpressed I guess. Would like more distinct malt flavors. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Was a full bodied Amber, a little hoppier than I expected with a bitter finish. Looked lovely though!

Bottle at home from trader Joe’s. Mid amber copper coloured pour with a thin greyish head. Aroma is caramel, apple, burnt toffee, light mineral, toasted bead. Malty nose. Flavour is cloying sweet toffee malts, toffee apple, mineral, nutty, hay. Palate is sweet, medium light, mineral, moderate carbonation. Too sweet.
