Bomber poured a clear tarnished gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, straw, lemon zest and earthiness. Palate was light bode and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, lemon zest and a hint of earthiness with a crisp dry lingering earthy citrus finish.

Bottle with Carla from Belmont Station. Pours a light yellow with white foam. Smells light with hints of sweetness and wheat. Tastes light with hints of wheat and salt (which is almost sour). Great summer beer.

Bomber. Poured slightly hazy golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up slightly sweet wheat, lemon zest, and dank, buttered bread notes.. a little oak too.. muddled. The flavor found tart lemon rind, oak, and lacto sourness throughout.. slightly metallic.. tart lime and salt on the refreshing finish. Moderately tart/sour throughout the palate with a very clean feel for the style.. very dry.. this was a weird attempt at the style that wasn’t great.

bottle. clear gold with a small white head. aroma doesn’t smell sour. just a little tart with grassy hops i suppose. flavor, however, is quite tart. salty with low sweetness. extremely dry and light bodied. well done.

Yellow coloured and hazy. Has a white head, fully diminishing. Thin aroma, light sugars and acid. Flavor is mainly acidic with some notes of grain. No bitterness. Watery texture and lively carbonation.

old leather, light orange, cloudy, white foam, light sweetness, lightly sour, light body, oily feel, fizzy, ligth grape fruit finish.

Hazy golden color with okay head. Very sour beer with no aroma and lots of citrus.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, citrus, sugar and hops. Not as sour as I expected.
