COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A generous amount of Munich and Vienna malts give this beer its copper color and toasty-caramel aroma. German noble hops provide complimentary

Pours a nice burnt amber with a dense off white head and some slight lacing. Toffee and malt in the nose. Sweet caramel malt at the front. From that point on there is an overriding dryness that just increases all the way to the finish. Slightly oily,"steam" like ending. Nice ale.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with frothy white head. The aroma is a bready malt and raisin. Thin mouthfeel with bitter malt and toast with a lingerin dry finish. A good alt from Full Sail.

Nutty with elements of rotting fruit. Fairly bitter close. Not bad at all.

The aroma is bready, plastic, band aid. The appearance is yellow/red, white head. The flavor is sour grain, plastic. The finish is noble hop bittering, again a manufactured plastic vibe. Not good.

Hazy brownish copper with a small off white head that fades fast. Nose is lightly nutty, buttery malts, toast. Flavor is light bitterness, toffee, more butter, meh. Full Sail makes a lot of medicre beer. They belong in NC.

Pours a soft copper brown with a slight haze. One finger of frothy off white head. Nose is dominated by Munich and Vienna. Super bready and biscuity with lots of toasted grain. Has a weird slickness to it. Almost tastes like diacetyl. Some caramel-y sweetness and herbal hops. Not digging this flavor or the mouthfeel. No carbonation and a super soft body with an overly aggressive bitterness.

Bottle.
Pours a deep amber/mahogany with a nose of malted nuts with bread bits. Flavor is buttery nut with a touch of autumn leaves wettened by the first rain after the temp dips below 50 farenheit. Average mouthfeel. Not bad.

Pours out a beautiful deep copper-brown color with big frothy tan head. Good carbonation and aroma. Flavor is multiple layers of nutty and roasty malts. Some caramel, some toffee. Well balanced and not sweet. Very slightly fruity. Smooth and very drinkable. A very nice example of this often under-rated and under-appreciated style.

Bomber. Pours a deep brown with amber highlights, some head that dissipates after a few minutes. Aroma has notes of caramel, some biscuit and prunes along with a bit of burnt sugar...the combination lending a somewhat muddy flavor to this Alt. The bitterness is fairly neutral which helps to balance the dark-sugar sweetness, however the body leans more toward medium-heavy than medium-light and that gives me conflicting feelings about this beer. @ 5.1% abv this should be a drinkable yet malty alt. I find it a bit heavy and unbalanced, the malt flavors do not quite stand out enough and the bitterness feels like a relative afterthought. OK at best.

22 oz bottle. Clear amber with a small thick beige head. Aroma of caramel, bread dough and herbal hops. Flavor is bready/toasty malt, medium hop bitterness and some sweet caramel. Medium body with average carbonation and a smooth mouth feel. Very good beer for the style.
