COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A generous amount of Munich and Vienna malts give this beer its copper color and toasty-caramel aroma. German noble hops provide complimentary

Nutty with elements of rotting fruit. Fairly bitter close. Not bad at all.

Nice malt flavors that make for a very drinkable beer. Hops are balanced and leave a bit on the palate but not too much. Decent alcohol level so it is not overpowering. Highly drinkable and enjoyable.

Draft at The Full Sail Pilsener Room in Portland, OR on 5 June 2013. Pours a clear copper colour with a sightly off-white head. Malty, slightly nutty aroma. Caramel flavours and some dried fruit, sweetness is pronounced, but offset by a grassy bitterness.

apparently I got this an hour off the bottling Line. Super mellow, slick and puffy. Rye character some chocolate. Excellent balance and drinkability.

Bomber bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. Aroma consists of dough, caramel, spices (cinnamon?). Pours clear copper with a medium beige head that collapses after a couple minutes, leaving a blanket of foam; leaves cobwebby lacework. Taste starts out sweet and a little tart before becoming pretty bitter. Mouthfeel is creamy, body medium, carbonation soft. Pretty tasty--it exceeded my expectations.

A really smooth brew. Big time Malts that are smooth. Pours deep amber with a Lacey head

A - Pours a fairly clear orange-red with a finger of frothy off-white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of sweet bready and caramel malts with grains, lager yeast, light floral hops, and some light fruity esters. T - Starts off with a mix of sweet bready and caramel malts with some fruity esters and grains. Through the middle, some light floral hops come through with some biscuity malts and some lager yeast. The finish is a mix of sweet bready malts with some floral hops, fruity esters, and lager yeast. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet and dry finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice Altbier with good yeast character and smoothness.

22 oz. bottle- Pours autumn amber with a nice rocky light tan head. The aroma is malty sweet, caramel, nutty, some hops, but very little. Taste is caramel malt, sweet, brown sugary, but drinkable. Body is a little thin, and carbonation is a little light, and that is my biggest problem with the beer, but it makes it sessionable.

Interesting reddush color. As much as I’m not a fan of Full Sail, this actually wasn’t that bad! Sweet, but smooth, very enjoyable, especially in the heat. It actually tastes good, as opposed to other FS beers.

Hard fruity aroma laced with alcohol notes. Murky brown color. Initial sharp sweet-tart transitions to a mellow starchiness. Slick body with a nice bite, too sweet to qualify as crisp. Initial Pub Offering? Very funny, and goes down better than those of GM and FB.
