Bottled, amber color with ring o foam, malty coffee and nuts aroma, flavor is malty caramel flavor, maybe some mint or something, thin finish

22 ounce bottle. Deep coppery brown color with a small bubbly white head. Roasted malt aroma with notes of burnt caramel and vanilla. Toasted malt palate is soft and sweet with spicy notes of cinnamon and floral hops. This may be the smoothest weizen bock I have ever had. Not necessarily a good thing. I expected more body and complexity. This is not a bad beer, but just a bit unassuming.

Draft. Pours amber with an off white head. Light malty sweetness, wheat, and a hint of fruity sweetness. A touch on the bland side for the style, with a clean malty finish. Solid.

Pours a red orange with a thin head. Sort of a plummy aroma to it. Good sparkle. A certain Belgian tinge to it. The taste lingers on the palate gracefully.

bomber - pours medium amber with small offwhite head. Nose is not what I expected: caramel and herbal hops. Flavor adds wet bread. Light to moderate sweetness with equal bitterness. I can taste the bock, but no sign of the weizen. I was excited to have found a weizen bock I had never had before, but after reading a few reviews, my joy became skepticism. Now, I am certain that this is not what I expected and am disappointed by this product. I had no idea Full Sail employed Barnum & Bailey marketing tactics for they have made a sucker out of me.

Growler. Clear dark amber with a smallish off white head. Aroma of bread dough, caramel and spicy yeast. Flavor is malty wheat bread, spicy clove and light alcohol. Medium body with a soft mouth feel. Great beer for a style that I’m not usually into.

Bottle. Pours reddish-amber with almost no head. Aroma is bready. Taste is very clean and simple. Some tropical fruit briefly up front, bready malt and some booze on the finish. Palate is soft with a prickly carb. Did not enjoy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours orange red into a weizen. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Hot caramel and nut aromas. Roasted nuts and sourdough upfront turning to hot toffee in the lasting finish.

Pours a clear orange-red with a small cream head. Smells of bread, floral, spices. Taste is sweet, mildly bitter & spiced - bock-like roasted malt dominates with hint of fruitiness and clove.

Pours a deep mahogany with a foamy tan head. Nutty aroma mixed a little with chocolate. Complex and rich taste. Notes of honey, toffee with a toasted nutty background. Finish brings out a slightly bitter taste which is actually more of a roasted flavoring. Crisp but not dry. Dark but not overbearing. I’d buy a case of the big bottles and bring one out on special occasions. Thanks to my wife for her input on the flavor profile.
