On tap at the brewery. Took home a growler. Copper-amber with an average white head. Big blast of hop bitterness with a major amount of malt power. Nothing like a classic ESB, nonetheless a tasty treat. I’m not even through the first pint and can already feel the impact. If I had to try and categorize this beer, something like an Imperial ESB.

Aug 8, 2008 On Tap at Full Sail Brewery, Hood River. Pours out a amber topped with a off white head. Aroma of sweet malts. Tast more of the sweetness along with a little wood. A nice ESB.

Jul 30, 2008 On draft at the Full Sail Brewery in Hood River, OR. Nice 4 oz sample. Very good ESB from Full Sail. Nice dark copper with a nice head. Hoppy and maybe a hint of caramel.

Jul 19, 2008 Tap room in Hood River - Lots of fruit in the nose, with some vegetal notes in the background. Grassy hops that turns slightly herbal. Pours a golden amber with some fluffy white lacing topping the glass. Flowery malt background, doughy with some honey sweetness. This is a fabulously well done beer.

Jul 6, 2008 On tap at Full Sail in Hood River, OR--Poured an orange-amber body with a white medium-sized head. Well balanced and very hoppy. Nice example of style Yum!

Jun 25, 2008 Poured from tap at brewery. Orange/amber color and white head. Aroma is malty and fruity - apple. Flavor is the same with some hops coming through with a reasonable amount of bitterness. It is a well balanced english style ESB with more alcohol. Very good and very drinkable.
