3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 tturner (111) - , Washington, USA - SEP 21, 2009
Light and breezy. floral citrus apricot on the nose. touch of malt up front and dry finish.
not sure if I’d call this "Aggressive" in any way. although it does compete well with some supposed "doubles" I’ve had.

Dark amber with fluffy off-white head. Warm hop nose with earthy citrus. Paint thinner fire breathing hops evaporate on the tongue. Tasty. Dry. Pick up the malt sweetness after a few sips.
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 killjoy966 (676) - Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2009
I’m surprised this isn’t rated higher because it’s such a solid IPA. Pours a gorgeous amber color with practically no head. Nice Munich malt base and then the hops hit you like a tone of bricks. Stays bitter long after the sip. The only knock against it is I prefer some more floral aromas which may have shown up had that used some traditional aromatic hops at the end. Too bad this is a seasonal.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Sparky (2130) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUN 20, 2009
Bottle sample at the Draft Magazine PBS Beer Festival. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. The nose is malt and floral hops. The taste is tart citrus, caramel malt and resin. Medium mouthfeel. Good IPA.

Draught at The Rose And Crown. I was pretty impressed with this one, and I’m not a big fan of Full Sail normally. Poured a copper color with a medium white head. The aroma was really hoppy with flowers, some grapefruit, pine, and light toasted malt as well. The flavor is super hoppy and bitter with lots of resiny pine and grapefruit over some lighter toasted grain. Medium bodied and just a little over-carbonated, though a few minutes of breathing left a pleasant texture. a hop bomb of an IPA. Nice, though just a little too heavy on bitterness versus aroma hopa.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 hayduke (2933) - Eureka, California, USA - AUG 20, 2009
From a 22 oz bottle this poured a hazy orange with an off-white head and good lacing. Nose of citrus and pine hops. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is of caramel mals with some bittemess from the hops.. The finish is long and bitter. This is a well balanced and quite drinkable IPA.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 fiulijn (12179) - Malmö, DENMARK - SEP 22, 2009
Hazy amber color; medium creamy head. It has a very nice hoppy aroma, fruity (with sweet oranges), light pine needles and sweat. The body is strong enough, it has a good caramel flavor, I would probably like more sweetness (here almost absent) the final is quite powerful, getting a bit harsh, and nutty. Starts well, ends less well.
