Draught. Yellow pour with a thin head. Flowery aroma, like a garden in early summer. Light bodied, but with a sound core. Malty and hoppy by turns. Hoppish finish.

Draft at Tippe and Drague. Pours a clear burnished medium gold with really no head. Fresh nose, nice presence, floral and grassy, with a bit of herbal character there as well. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Grass, crackers, and herbs on the mid palate. A little toasty. Not too bad.

Growler. Clear yellow with a pure white head and visible carbonation. Aroma of bready pils malt, noble hops and some lemon. Flavor is malty without being sweet, average bitterness and a super clean yeast character. Light body with a crisp, refreshing finish. Really nice Pils, super clean, crisp and refreshing.

Tap @ Full Sail... Poured pale, straw/yellow with a thick, retaining, bright white head. Nose had a great pilsener hopped character. Nice bitterness, freshly hopped. Quite green actually. Earthy, grassy, citrus hop spices with a biscuit malt balance and super clean finish that cut the bitterness. One of the best Fresh Hop beers I have had this 2012 season.

Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - DEC 1, 2012
On tap at the Full Sail Pilsener Room in Portland, OR. Pours a clear pale golden-yellow colored body with a finger-width, frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is grassy and lemony hops with a crisp, lightly bready pils malt. Flavor is similar. Somewhat bready pils malts with a grassy, lemony hopping. Finishes dry with a light spiciness to the hops and a medium-light bitterness. Clean pils malts with a light bready sweetness in a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pilsner. Fresh hop flavor and a crisp, clean, lightly sweetened and bready malt backing. Easy drinking and enjoyable.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a lemony and grassy malt, powdery, grassy hops. In mouth, a crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, lightly catty notes, good. On tap at Fresh Hops Fest, Portland, Oct. 6 2012.

On tap at Apex, pous a pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of dry grassy hops and crackery malt. Flavour matches, with dry grassy hops, crackery malt, with a dry, slightly astringent finish. Light-bodied and refreshing, with a nice dry grassy character.

On tap at pilsner room. Cloudy bright yellow. Thin airy cap dissipates. No smell really. Soggy straw smell. Gentle hop bite with mealy taste. Odd. Not my cup.

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2011 draft. shimmering gold. lightly pungent hop nose; chalky, minerallic and a bit powdery with saltine cracker and dried biscuit malt aromatics (semi-sweet corn); clean nose presents the perle hops well (lightly spicy, peppery). light bodied, crisp and snappy up front with strong noble hop pungency, clean profile, medium-high acid washing the palate and tongue. alright full sail, you nailed this one. well done.
