3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 boFNjackson (3629) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 5, 2012
Tap @ Full Sail... Poured pale, straw/yellow with a thick, retaining, bright white head. Nose had a great pilsener hopped character. Nice bitterness, freshly hopped. Quite green actually. Earthy, grassy, citrus hop spices with a biscuit malt balance and super clean finish that cut the bitterness. One of the best Fresh Hop beers I have had this 2012 season.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 savnac (2126) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - DEC 22, 2012
Growler. Clear yellow with a pure white head and visible carbonation. Aroma of bready pils malt, noble hops and some lemon. Flavor is malty without being sweet, average bitterness and a super clean yeast character. Light body with a crisp, refreshing finish. Really nice Pils, super clean, crisp and refreshing.

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2011 draft. shimmering gold. lightly pungent hop nose; chalky, minerallic and a bit powdery with saltine cracker and dried biscuit malt aromatics (semi-sweet corn); clean nose presents the perle hops well (lightly spicy, peppery). light bodied, crisp and snappy up front with strong noble hop pungency, clean profile, medium-high acid washing the palate and tongue. alright full sail, you nailed this one. well done.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 raphael (762) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 17, 2010
On tap at the Hood River brewpub. I’m not a Pilsner fan--chiefly due to the skunky Saaz hope quality and overall lightness. This one has a soft, fresh hop aroma. flowery. Light yellow but still a good balance of hop flavor with honey-ish, slightly lemony malt. Tingling to the tongue

Draft at Tippe and Drague. Pours a clear burnished medium gold with really no head. Fresh nose, nice presence, floral and grassy, with a bit of herbal character there as well. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Grass, crackers, and herbs on the mid palate. A little toasty. Not too bad.
