Deep black ... thin tan head ... rich malt nose... little charcoal ... little meady ... some rich dark fruits ... quite heavy malts ... decent but not special enough for a 8% me ... I want more for my high ABV’s

Getting notebook online. Bottle, 2008. Pours a deep brown. Flavors of roasted malt. Not a whole lot else going on. Average at best.

bomber from Kegbear. Thanks. Pours about as dark as a beer can pour. The taste is dominated by the roasted malt but these also some chocolate, especially in the aftertaste. One of the most quaffable Imp. Stouts I have ever had. Would drink again
