COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Pours gold into a Sam glass. Bright white head recedes leaving spider lacing. Mild resin aromas. Crisp with mild grapefruit upfront turning sour in the medium length finish.

12 oz Bottle from EZ. Pours a slightly watery light orange body with an average sized foamy white head. Aroma starts off with citrusy hops and grass and with slight breathing some sweet caramel malts. The body finishes rather bitter with tight bubbly carbonation adding to the bitterness. Flavor of dry hops, citrus rind and grains. Average beer, underwhelmed for a new company that NJ just picked up.

Pours a golden color with a thin white foam head. Has an aroma of citrus, caramel, and pine. Has a sweet start, some carbonation, nice bitter hit, some caramel notes through the finish. Light to medium mouthfeel. Decent IPA.

guzzler67 (1373) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - NOV 15, 2010
Bright amber/gold appearance with a small white head and good lacing. Biscuit-like malt aroma married to mild spicy, citrusy hops. Taste is a little more straightforward with the hoppiness hitting the right notes of crisp, clean bitterness. Depth and complexity may be limited, but still very enjoyable.

Nice looking clear amber with a small head. Aroma is malts and not much else. The flavor is malty sweet up front with some hops at the back. Dry finish. Decent, not great.
