COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Fields of golden straw descend unto my glass where they shimmer under white cotton puffs which stick to the sides of my glass. Pine and grapefruit waft my way upon a soft summer breeze, more citrus than pine, while orange skin meets the grater and, much like her visage, spread out before me are fields of grains which end up as crunchy wafers and water crackers when they make it my way. More malt-forward than hop-forward, but overall, a balanced IPA which just screams to be drank, and so I do. If I didn’t know better, I’d think I was biting into a cracked whole grain cracker, not savoring the first of many beery sups. Lemon skin and pine needles prickle atop my tastebuds while her bittered finish settles atop my tongue. Clean and sessionable, I ride a slow river of toast and dry grains while hops provide ample cover. Seeing no need to ponder her bounty any longer, I just sit back and quaff until there is nothing more to quaff.

She won’t send a hop-head into spasms of ecstasy, but for those who appreciate the sessionable side of a good IPA, then Full Sail is for you. Me? I like it all so I’ll take a smidgen of this, that, and some Full Sail IPA, too.

Pours a light copper color. Lacks in the hop aroma that is common in an IPA but still quite bitter. It has a crisp bitter finish. Good summer IPA

Bottle. Aroma of earthy hops. Flavors consist of some bready malts, grass and a nice hoppy finish. Quite different from your typical American IPA. A good deviation from citrus hops. A very pleasing IPA.

This beer pours a dirty yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are citrus and grass. The palate is dry with a lively carbonation. An average ipa but not too bad. Cheers!
