COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

12 oz. Pours a golden with small white head. Aroma is sweet carmel malts, mild citrus hops. Fits the style well. I prefer west coast hop bombs.

Pour is a bright golden color with high carbonation and a creamy whitish head. Smells strongly of grapefruit and kiwi. Sharp peppery attack, some vanilla, lots of grapefruit. Medium hops on the finish. This beer goes down smoothly. A lighter IPA but well balanced and delicious.

Pours a genuine amber with scanty head. Aroma is of bitter hops and malt, with perhaps a hint of cinnamon? Caramel in the flavor, along with the, almost cliche here, IPA bitter hoppy taste. Not much going on here, just a run of the mill IPA wannabe.

At Sudwerk Beerfest 2009. This light amber ale poured with a thin off-white head and a caramel aroma. There is a slightly skunky caramel malt flavor with a bit of citrus.

12oz bottle. Aroma is citrus, english malts and hops. Flavor is balanced between hops and malt with some citrus. Nothing great as far as IPA’s go but is a decent session beer. Not something I would look for when craving an IPA. More of a good pale ale.

12oz bottle. Light in color, flavor, and aroma. Well balanced and very drinkable.

Bottle - This IPA is good, but has an off taste that I don’t like. Perhaps the yeast strand. Quite malty, perhaps could use additional hops in the flavor and aroma.
