COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Bootle. Pours a clear orange with a minimal white head. Aroma is malty. Taste is fairly bitter with a strong malt taste.

I’m giving this one a go based on the strength of Ding’s review. So, it is here I find myself at Taco Mac in Kennesaw, GA at 1:00 AM sitting four seats down from someone espousing the benefits of caramel apple martinis. I was unaware those were still ’in’. Some sort of code on the bottle, 032409, presumably a Best Before date. Appearance: Pours a clear, copper body with a small, white head. Smell: Faintly grainy pale malt nose with a scent of sweaty, sun drenched citrus rinds. Taste: Pale maltiness, again with some light hints of grain, and a very minimal caramel sweetness. Fruity lemon and grapefruit citrus character precedes a medium bitterness that lasts until the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation. Drinkability: Pleasant. A fine drinking India Pale Ale, it’s neither overly malty nor is it overpowering in its bitterness.

Poured amber with small white head. More malty than any other IPA I’ve had. Not alot of hops either seems more like a regular pale than an ipa but maybe thats could be from the bigger malt flavor.

Solid, but a bit disappointing. Wish I knew the age on this one, I expect maybe past its prime. Very little hop character, malty, more like a pale than an IPA.

Poured a light, clear amber with an average head and a bit a lacing. Nicely hopped with a clean finish. Solid IPA.

light head with rich brown coloring. taste is slightly bitter with a hint of burnt nuts. The carbonation and overall palate is too my liking. overall a decent IPA that gets better with acclimation.

Draft at Full Sail Brewing Company. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy citrus aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

strong, bitter hops. tasted some citrus and chocolate. nice, classic appearance. bitter, strong hops starts strong and has a very nice aftertaste. our bottle was very, very carbonated. not the most diverse ipa ive had.
