COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Head goes quickly pale white with a thin layer of foam lingering. Color is a tint related to the label on the bottle a light hay orange. Nose isn’t particularly strong. It’s dry, citrus bitter on the hops. If you dance your tongue in a mouthful it will get peppered with some peppery flavorings. The hops are very strong and flair out in the finish.

Pours a solid amber with a decent white head. The aroma is mostly pungent, dirty hops and a bit of sweet malt. The flavor is piny and spicy, but not in an intense way. Some sweet malt supports the hops. The mouthefeel is solid, but nothing special. Overall a decent but unimpressive IPA.

Easy drinking for an IPA. Nothing terribly memorable. Some citric funkiness, like a patchouli wearing hippy.

Pours an orange color with a nice thick white head. Hoppy and sweet, but somewhat of an off and muted aroma. Taste is grassy and bitter with some sweetness and a decent amount of carbonation. Not bad lacing.

How many IPA’s can one company make? This one isn’t bad. Pours with a large, creamy, off-white head covering a clear orange body. Classic floral-hoppy IPA aroma. Hay and bitter hops in the tastes. Watery mouthfeel accompanied by lively carbonation.

truegen (167) - Puyallup, Washington, USA - APR 4, 2008
12oz. bottle. Deep gold in color, with a very active head. Lots of lacing left by this one. Strongly floral nose. Nicely balanced hop profile is a little stronger than the typical APA, but isn’t a monster. The palate is hit from front to back, so it does pair well with spicy foods. Nicely done beer.

This beer looks amazing. Perfect head atop a beautiful golden body. Terrific hop taste. I like what is going in this one a lot. The more I have from Full Sail the more I like it. Would buy again
