COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Bottle to pint glass. Good beer. Nothing super special, but a middle of the road English IPA. Not as malty as a usual English style IPA. Very good though. Good price as well. Have been very impressed with the full line of Full Sail beers so far.

Pours deep hay with thin white head. nose with grassy hop and medium roast malt. Tongue follows but with addition of some light citrus and orange rind. Well made but not remarkable.

Pours a clean straw gold with one finger of white head. Nose is citrusy and resinous with a lightly sweet bready character, nice and zesty. Flavor is zesty and citrusy with a light sweetness. Dry and lightly bitter.

Good beer. As an English style IPA goes this is a good one not too heavy on the malt and caramel.

Bottle. After the first smell I said to myself, "English style." Lightly hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is English hops, light malt, honey. Spicy, slightly earthy English hops, toast, honey. Easy drinking.

Bottle in NYC. Pours clear, bubbly gold with a thick, cream head. Bit of dirty and earthy hops in the aroma, subtle toast. Medium sweet flavor, fairly well balanced, some caramel, earth, mild citrus. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Short bitter finish, some toasted sugar and malts. Basic and pretty easy.

Good brew. Great amount of bitterness for the hoppy flavor. A little pricey but when it’s on sale, it’s in my basket.
