COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Delicious! Intensely orange, chill haze or is it unfiltered a wee bit? Looks delicious, wonderful pillowy head, leaves lots of lacing. The nose is all bread and slightly steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli) with some slight herbs. Flavors is nicely bittered, but of the spicy, flowery variety with a tinge of citrus. I though this was absolutely excellent on a beautiful spring day. Glad we get some of the Full Sail line in OH now. This could be a regular summer drinker for me.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small diminishing white head. The aroma is citrus, crisp hops and perhaps a bit of pine. The flavor opens with the crisp hops and orange citrus before finishing on a biscuity malt note. Random bitterness lingers on the palate. Good, but not great.

Bottle. Pours a light copper with a small white head. Aroma of light pine, floral hops, citrus and a hint of caramel. Flavor is pale malts, caramel, slight pine and citrus with a little bitterness

Bottle from Trader Joe’s in Fairfield, CA. Pours a golden color with limited head. Bitter hops with the taste of citrus dominate this beer. Good, average beer.

Fully clear orange-amber with a smaller yellow head, receding. Rather discreet, cardboard nose, caramel, caramel malts. As good as no hops. In the taste, however, the hops are there - and bitterhops, not that much noble hops, IMO. E.K. Goldings?? A touch of caramel, but it can’t get sweet against all the bittering forces. Rootspices flavour, or bitter artichokepoints? Near astringent, slick, but not very well-bodied. Rather disappointing IPA, certainly from this brewery. I’m convinced that, had they used the familiar C-hops, it would have been easily superior.

Draft. Clear golden with white head. Soft hop aroma. Decent hop bitterness but nothing else stands out. Good drinking beer, not a great beer.

Somewhat cloudy, and golden. It’s a good IPA, but not much stands out in the way of aroma, flavor, finish, or appearance.

Pours a clear golden yellow with a generous head that dissipated to a small film, but lacing was nice. Not a strong hops aroma, but pleasant enough. Hops dominated the flavor, but there was a hint of malt and bread to give it balance. Medium bodied, not a lot of carbonation. Less intense than other IPAs, but a nice drink with cajun shrimp.
