COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBUís with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and thereís even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event. Classic IPA is available in 6-packs, 12-packs, and on draft. ABV 6% IBU 60

Clear, golden amber, with wisps of white head tucked around the edges of the glass. Aroma is of citrusy Northwest-style hops. Flavor is an initial burst of hop tang, which then gives way the a nutty, biscuity middle.. Finishes with surprisingly strong bittering, with mild malty sweetness hanging on for the ride..

Golden color with a small head and nice lacing. I can smell citrus and some mild hop aroma. Medium to light body with a nice balance of sweetness and hops. It does leave a nice bitterness after every sip. Overall, this is a nice summer brew, but definitely not what I consider an IPA, it is lacking in the hops department.

Light amber with a thin white head. Smells floral and piney with a slight caramel note to it. Taste is pine with some floral aftertaste brings in a slight malt taste. Watery but leaves a slight hop tang. A nice little IPA.

Pours a clear golden color with a faint film head. Light carbonation. Light grassy, noble hop aroma. Flavor leans toward the hop side. Light to medium body with a sharp finish. Iím just not into English style IPAís. Worth a try.

Gold. Thin head. Wispy hop aroma. Hoppy and malty. Nice moderate level of both.

Deep golden color (like Boss Mocne 15!). Similar tiny bubbles. But an aroma of citrus and a hint of pine. Itís a light IPA, but the piney flavor is there. Itís a bit chewy, with a smooth feel. Thereís some malt, but well dominated by the bitterness. The finish is bitter, as it should be. Not enough hop to be an American contender, but It would put most Brits on end. Very drinkable.

Golden amber colored pour with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy, taste is hops, citrus (grapefruit mostly), and some sweet malts. Smooth drinking and crisp finish.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2006 Bottled. Has a floral aroma. Not highly hopped nor bitter, seems balanced, mild malty aftertaste. Seems to taste good while in my mouth, but doesnít last long. Easy to drink. I would buy it again. ReRated on July 29th. I have been tasting alot of IPAís, this is bunk and not good as many other sinlge IPAís. For the intro hop person, maybe this will suffice, for a hophead, this is sharp and harsh.

Orange color with no head. Aroma is not very hoppy at all. Flavor tastes like an english pale ale except in the finish where the hops come out. Very odd for an oregon IPA.

Bottle purchased from Tops Liquors in Tempe, AZ. Earthy, piney, mild grapefruit in the aroma. Perhaps some floral notes are present as well. Filtered, transparent golden-orange color with an off-white/yellow head that is pretty small, with small lacing. Sweet, toasted graininess to start, turning more earthy, bitter-hopped dry flavor. Some floral hops linger in the finish. This beer is dry, but it still maintains a creamy mouthfeel. A nice session brew.
