COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It’s a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn’t bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

12-oz bottle. Light golden color. Small with head. Fruity aroma: a hint of apricot. Aroma also somewhat bready. Taste is very balanced at first with not a lot standing out. Gradually the taste sours and then becomes bitter. Just a little watery. Texture is thin and a little fizzy. A very drinkable brew and better than 80% of the stuff you find readily available, but it doesn’t stand out from the better IPAs.

Bottle. Translucent amber orange pour. Aroma is earthy hops with a little citrus in there as well. Flavor is earthy, malty, slightly citrusy, and slightly boozy. Finish is bitter. Level of carbonation is high. Really easy to drink.

Yellow golden clear pour, smallish off white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is bread, mild herb, mild floral. Light sweetness, bread, lemon. Average carbonation. Mild bitter finish, monochromatic. What you would expect from an "Un-American" IPA.

Light Amber with heavy carbonation. Moderate head. Medium body. Malts never really develop though. Hops very floral and grassy. Solid IPA but their Pale ale is much better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle no real malts. Some hops but not much in the hop aroma or flavor. Slightly bitter, not much too it.

Golden with a white head - Malt and some hops in the aroma - Good malt body with a nice hop profile that is somewhat flowery and has a nice bitterness - the hops goes into the finish and lasts with some bitterness - This was nice

Pours an amber from a bottle. Typical IPA, somewhat citrus piney hop aroma and flavor, little pale malt addition. Okay beer.

Aroma: floral hops, some fruitiness, light citrus. Appearance: clear gold, medium, frothy, white head. Taste: medium bitter. Palate: floral hops continue, bitters intensify, dry finish, some grain. Overall: average IPA, very drinkable, nothing special though. Bottle at Museum of Flight, Seattle, WA.
