| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 1, 2007 Nose of yeast initially with hints of lemongrass. Pours a sparkling golden. The mostly diminishing off-white head is super creamy with fair lace. The brew is somewhat sweet, but just a touch with light acidity. The light to medium body is soft and creamy, the finish feels crisp. A perftect summer session offering. Tastes more like a dortmunder helles than a premium lager to me. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 25, 2007 Had this beer on 6/4/2007. Aroma is a light sweet malt scent with citrusy back tones of hops. Color deep bright gold with good carbonation and a nice tight white head. Taste is light and sweet with hop tones on the end. Starting with a light body it goes down easy with a foamy feel. Finish is a mild sweet malt flavor that is backed with a faint bitterness and ends with a crisp hop flavor, then a mild citrus taste. Its not a beer I would go out and buy again, but not something I would say no to. ratman197 (3189), Arvada, Colorado, USA
