Oct 1, 2007 Bottled. Poured a clear golden colour, with a medium off-white head. Has a gentle, creamy hops aroma to it. Rather average honestly but not bad.

Oct 1, 2007 Nose of yeast initially with hints of lemongrass. Pours a sparkling golden. The mostly diminishing off-white head is super creamy with fair lace. The brew is somewhat sweet, but just a touch with light acidity. The light to medium body is soft and creamy, the finish feels crisp. A perftect summer session offering. Tastes more like a dortmunder helles than a premium lager to me.

Light dry and bitter finish.

Sep 28, 2007 Bottle. Pours sparkling copper with an average, frothy, off-white head, somewhat diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (toasted grain, cereal, straw), average hops (herbs, flowers), average yeast (sweat, dough, horse blanket) with notes of cooked corn and butter. Medium bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation and a metallic finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness and acidity, light bitterness.

Sep 25, 2007 Had this beer on 6/4/2007. Aroma is a light sweet malt scent with citrusy back tones of hops. Color deep bright gold with good carbonation and a nice tight white head. Taste is light and sweet with hop tones on the end. Starting with a light body it goes down easy with a foamy feel. Finish is a mild sweet malt flavor that is backed with a faint bitterness and ends with a crisp hop flavor, then a mild citrus taste. Its not a beer I would go out and buy again, but not something I would say no to.

Sep 23, 2007 Bottle poured a clear orange with a small diminishing ivory head. Aromas of bread, light carmel and a hint of fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light carmel and a hint of citrus with a crisp malty finish.
