| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Sep 18, 2007 Bottle from x. Pretty much no head on the pour. Noble hop, lemony aroma. Very bold for the style, and very nice. Refreshing, vegetal, almost very slightly tart. Chewy malt flavors, balanced hops and a gritty sweetness. Very tasty. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 15, 2007 On tap at Geiser Grand Hotel in Baker City, OR. Initial whiff shows that Full Sail is going for a hoppy lager. Light yellow-copper in color, thin white head. Very light hop aroma with a clean lager yeast background. Taste of mild grain with a light floral hop finish. Decent, but didn’t really meld as a whole. goldtwins (4079), Nesconset, New York, USA

The aroma smells minty with a strong malt base. Malty flavor to start with some minty character. Mild malty finish with light alcohol. Some hops at the very end. Wegro (220), Fresno, California, USA

Has a very strong flavor for a standard lager. nice bitterness in the finish. the carbonation is a little flat for my liking. Nice stuff though! 5000 (2409), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Bottle: Bright golden, somewhat fiery, translucent, moderate to thin sudsy white head, sparce lacing, light carbonation.   Soft malts on the nose, slightly kilned, minor grass, smells like this may be somewhat sweet.   Sweet toasted malt flavor, smooth, very slight cereal graininess but its minor.   Somewhat thick for a lager, definitely has some body to it.   Finish has more of the sweet grass.   Pleasant, fairly smooth and clean with a good malt base.   Good springtime brew!   Much better than the LTD 01.
