Bottle from BevMo, La Mesa. Pours a deep golden color with little head. Slightly sweet and fruity grainy quality in the nose. Very full flavored for the style. Light hop character with a rich bready malt touch. Some graininess in the finish.

Clean aroma, but not a lot of strength. Something like light fruit over malt. Very nice golden amber color, but the head was not much and then not. Definitely starts fruity, and perhaps a bit floral. Low carbonation, and medium mouthfeel. There seems to be a bit of alchohol burn in the mouth. The finish has a herby character that slightly detracts from the fruit, but there is a small amount of hop bitter. Dryish. Truthfully, the start is better than the finish. Has ale characteristics.

Pours clear copper, little visible carbonation, small grey head. Malty, sweet aroma with some grassy hops. Taste is bitter, slightly grainy. Mineral taste to the malt. Finishes with a more traditional grassy bitter hop. Medium bodied. This actually did remind me of a "premium" beer. Most of those supposed premium lagers are awful with horrible metallic bitterness. This was stylistically similar, but not offensive. Decent.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Leon Pub - 12 oz bottle. Murky, light orange pour, slight white head. Buttery aroma with some spicy accents. Flavor has some ripening vegetable notes, some buttery accents, honey sweetness and some kids corn cereal in the back end. Crisp, clean mouthfeel. Not outstanding in any one area - just all around solid. Very decent refreshing drinkable lager.

Copper color with a thin head. Sweet aroma of grains and honey (though I have just finished "brewing" a mead...). Crisp grain flavor. A little earthy. Noticeably hoppy for a lager, but nowhere near a pale ale level. Just some Noble hops that stand out. Not bad.

Bronze pelludid, nose of fruit and dough. Light cascades. The flavor has a nice snappy malt note, clean hops and a syruppy mouthfeel. The finish is nice and balanced. Drinkable, full sail is getting known for making nice tasting lagers, I hope this isn’t a trend. Ha!

A vigorous pour into my 25cl tulip glass produces an initially four-finger thick, frothy, light tan colored head. The beer is a clear, rich amber hue that shows a perfectly clear, brilliant copper hue when held up to the light. The aroma smells of spicy hops and grassy / cracker like malt. It is quite clean overall, with the malt playing perhaps the more prominent role.

Soft, buttery malt flavors & textures are offset a bit by a light carbonation and a spicy hop character that couples with a light bitterness. This has quite a bit more body and malt sweetness than I might have guessed from the fairly muted aroma. The flavors that are here though are not much of a departure from the aromas, they just have the volume turned up a bit more. This is definitely still pretty easy drinking; quite clean, with out a whole lot to contemplate so it is quite easy to quaff. The hops contribute a light spiciness as well as a touch of lemon zest flavors and a bit of grassiness in about that order of intensity too (first being the most).

I am not too sure about this one, it is clearly a well made, very clean Lager, but it just doesn’t quite seem able to hold my interest. Purchased: Plaza Liquors, Tucson AZ

On tap at Geiser Grand Hotel in Baker City, OR. Initial whiff shows that Full Sail is going for a hoppy lager. Light yellow-copper in color, thin white head. Very light hop aroma with a clean lager yeast background. Taste of mild grain with a light floral hop finish. Decent, but didn’t really meld as a whole.
