3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a clear and bright yellow gold body with a one inch tight bubbled foamy white head that left some light lacing. The nose is dry crackery malt with a nice bright hoppiness, a touch of light sulphur, and some doughy malt. The flavor is rather clean and well lagered, nice dry crackery and bready maltiness at it’s base with a lightly bitter but clean hoppiness. Finishes with some lingering pale malt and bitter hops. Light bodied and soft textured with light gentle carbonation. Pretty nice beer, I think the hopping is a bit off for my tastes though, I’d have rather seen some more hops in here, especially on the aroma.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
aroma is pilner sour barnyard. apperance is clear yellow with hardly any carbanaton white soapy head that diminishes fast and very oily looking on top. taste is mild almost like dinking a watered down white wine. very clean and crisp soure spruce herb. overall not bad for a pilsner.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours clear gold with very little head. Good steady carbonation. Aroma is grain, flowery hops, faint earth. Taste is sweet malt, exceptionally well balanced with the hops. Bigger and bolder than most pilsners I’ve tried, much better than I expected.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz picked up at Brewforia Eagle... poured into my shaped SA glass.
2 finger rocky white head.. the brew is a polished golden yellow.. pretty.
nice nose that meshes a pronounced pale maltiness well with a bigger than average spicy hoppiness.. very clean.
good bitterness out of the gate ... nice husky pale malt element with again a little bigger than average spicy hoppiness ... the body is pretty much spot-on for the style and the carbonation is spritzy yet again pretty much perfect... very drinkable... and very clean.. this is a great choice for a summer quaffer.
Well made German style lagers are a weakness for me and this is very well made.

LTD No. 3 is probably my favorite of the series. First off I love sterling hops. Sweet bready malts mingle with a delightfully herbaceous aroma. Nice malty body with a crisp finish, what’s not to like? The Sterlings are well represented making this a summer favorite for mine.
