UPDATED: OCT 1, 2006 Flowery aroma. Light golden color. Mild sweet malt flavor with a slight hint of grassy hop bitteness. Mild and mellow, but tasty.

It’s a very nice beer, goes down smoothly without a bad after tast. The smell does not represent the tast of the beer.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2003 A very nice and easy going pale ale. Affordable too. Aroma is decieving; the beer tastes better than it smells. ReRate as Full Sail VSP: Hops and sweet body meld well together, the finish is quite earthy and pleasent.

A pretty good pale ale, however, it doesn’t have the hoppiness that I love. It smells sort of like piss, which is surprising, because it is a pretty good beer. It has a little to much fizziness for me, and is a little light. However, this is a pretty good beer.

A good one. Nothing to write home about, but you can buy this and feel good about doing it. And that’s all that matters.

A nice pale a little strong but not too bad.

Light amberish appearance with a foam head and emitting a floral hop smelling aroma desired of an APA. This ale’s hop flavor rides the hop wave without crashing. Quite better than the aroma initially indicates, have a finely balance hoppiness. A great tasting pale ale that seems quite close to an ipa.

A good pale ale overall. A basic pale ale flavor with a more watery aftertaste than expected. Great color and head.

My first experience with anything from Full Sail, and all I can do now is wonder if everything else is as good as this one. The initial aroma is that of grapefruit, bitter even to the smell, but a good bitter, much like that of the real fruit. Intended or not, the fruity smell and taste were there, big time. Quite light in color and taste as I expected, with a bitter and slightly hoppy finish that really suited this beer. One of my absolute favorites in this style.

UPDATED: JUN 3, 2004 good pale ale, but the amber is better. Very easy to drink and a very subtle hop finish. Full sail is my fav beer company!!!!
ReRate-bottle-9 an excellent pale ale-strong piney hops going on with a good malt backbone-very well done and this will be a staple here for me in New Mexico.
