COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This delightful brew is a medium-bodied pale ale that is balanced to perfection. It has a fresh hop aroma and a mild sweetness that finishes crisp and clean. This pale ale is brewed in the American style using two Northwest hop varieties, Centennial and Columbus. The fresh hop flavor is balanced with 2-row Pale and Crystal malts

Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured clear copper color with a medium frothy white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy and small malt aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium citrus bitter and a medium smooth bitter finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.

12 ounce bottle from mix and match six pack purchased at Finneytown Kroger, tasted on September 1, 2012. Medium amber hue, small lightly off white head, aroma like a pale lager, somewhat watery, light bittersweet taste. I don’t expect the hop presence of an IPA from an APA but it needs to be stronger than this. This beer would be an OK hot weather quaffer but you could get any number of beers to do the same job at a lower price than this stuff goes for. Below average for style

Very nice. Crisp. Classic. Hoppy enough to make it interesting. Unpretentious. No need to over-analyze. A no-nonsense beer.

This is OK but not overly impressive. I felt the same way about their IPA. Pours from the bottle with a thick white head, which was promising, though aroma was mild and somewhat malty. Flavor is decent, with some hoppiness. Somewhat prickly mouth feel.

Bottle. I was a little surprised, since the nose on this actually reminded me of a lager, not a pale ale. I find this a bit skunky and way too malty for the style. Poured a dark gold with a fairly small head, and that’s about the best I can say about this.

Delicious pale ale. One of the best regular offerings from one of the most solid breweries out there. Sweet and rich. Full bodied and a bit tart. Excellent.

Faint citrus nose and a yellow pour. Taste is a little hoppy with a sweeter malt backbone. Clean finish.

Very thin copper color, small off-white head. Aroma is malt, light hops and creme soda. Medium sweet in the middle. The finish finds those hiding hops to finish slightly dry. Decent beer

355ml bottle pours a light amber color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus and floral with some mild grains. Taste is light citrus hop with some malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with some adequate carbonation. An easy drinking pale ale that is perfect around a roaring campfire.
